French born Graffiti artist Alëxone has been working since the early 90’s in Paris. In 1995, he starts to develop his calligraphic work on walls all around Europe under the name of “Oedipe”. In the year 2000, he starts to introduce characters in his work and becomes Alëxone. For his first show in Geneva, Alëxone brings along with him very colored and calligraphic paintings and a new series of large drawings. His works are made with great care and requires a long and meticulous preparation. Using natural and homemade pigments, glaze, resin, spraypaint, fluorescent ink, pasted papers. The show "Gros comme une Maison” will lead us into the artists surrealist universe.
